Community Patrons will use your Sequoyah Regional Library System card as your library card at Hill Freeman Library. If you need a SRLS card,use the SRLS online application.

You can borrow material borrowed from Hill Freeman for 4 weeks with one renewal. Max item count is 10 items borrowed, with the maximum value of the items totaling $300.

Fines are $.20 per day for overdue books with a maximum charge of $10 per item. At that point a book is declared lost and would incur a fee of $10 for processing plus the replacement cost per item if not returned.

The Library reserves the right to charge more for a lost item if the value is high (some items are $200 each or more).

Borrowing privileges will be canceled on unpaid accounts.
